I got two nearly identical emails after my last newsletter on 6/2 asking that question.
It makes huge sense. If you can already write and you’re already on the web (at least enough to read my newsletter!), why not spin off and cash in?
That’s precisely what I do too. (Although I’m in the last stages of editing sending a 272-page bound book to the printer in about five days, and starting 7/15 (delivery date back here with a starter 1,000 copies of Finding Middle Ground in K-12 Education) that will be good money too. The point: you can do it all: publish your stuff, publish others’ books (the case here, in my education imprint), and write for others too–and the web is the quickest outlet and pays very well.
Let me research what’s out there to help you and me get on the same web writing track, probably this Thursday or Friday, and I’ll get back to you here or by email (to my newsletter subscribers) with my recommendation about how to do this quickly and reliably. OK?
Keep the emails coming! If I know anything about your topic, I’m saving this blog to answer your (subscribers) questions.
Also, please send your friends to the free nerwsletter too, and they will get the same three free reports you did. They can subscribe at www.gordonburgett.com/free-reports. The newsletter is called “Writers, Speakers, Publishers, and Product Developers: Create Your Own Highly Profitable Empire!” The reports? More about them here.
